As the PhD application season scurried in, CUWPS and CUPS will be holding our annual PhD conference the coming Friday, 25th October, from 5-7pm, at Main Lecture Theatre, Old Divinity School. We have panellists who just finished their application and about to start their journey as a PhD student in fields including physics, maths and astronomy. There are also going to be a good balance between applicants with both international and UK background, so do come along if you have questions on how to email potential supervisors, how to get fundings etc. The panel will be followed with a chill snack time for the audience to talk to the panellists in person!
